I know! I am waiting for my parents to leave for their holiday overseas in December before I started watching. I canlt imagine all the fuss if my parents caught me watching this at such particular scenes! Sister caught me watching ATV's "Central Affairs" many years just as a passionate kiss scene was going on and the next day she told everyone I was watching porn!

I am following the trailers on youtube so and the pace seems exciting. Can't wait til December.

I don't know...in some scenes, she looks fine but in others, she looks kinda of chubby. But I don't mind, I like that she got some meat.

She's doing that because he told her "If you make me happy, I'll let you go. If you dont, I would never let you leave me". So, if she's on bad terms with him, she knows bad things will happen to her (i.e. rape every night, etc, etc). But, if she's on good terms with him, at least he'll give her some space (go out with friends) or when he's done playing with her, he'll let her leave and she gets her wish

JoleCole, have you gotten a chance to dive into "Waking Love Up" yet (since you mentioned you might watch this in between Sealed with a Kiss)?

IT IS SO ADDICTIVE (caveat is after episode 7 it gets progressively better... episode 30 takes it to a whole new level (for the drama)....)

I am totally fangirling Roy right now... and he was nominated in the Sohu awards (the one that Nicky won earlier this week).... much deserved for his role!

The English name of this drama has nothing to do with the Chinese name. The original Chinese title is called Qian Shan Mu Xue 千(thousand)山(mountain)暮(evening/sunset)雪(snow) which literally means "icy frost/snow capping a range of mountain peaks at sunset." The author uses this phase as a homonym to represent one of the Chinese character in the name of TongXue and the 3 leading men in the novel. I love the Chinese title; it sounds really nice.

Qian = Mo Shao Qian
Shan = Xiao Shan
Mu= Mu ZhenFei
Xue= Tong Xue

Yep, Mo ShaoQian has always loved TongXue, more intensely than he thinks...and he just refuses to admit it...I think out of all characters, ShaoQian loves TongXue the most...he just used the wrong tactic to get her.

I belong to the group that is waiting for English subs, but I've been following the previews and this thread. Thank you everyone for sharing spoilers and answering all the questions. I find Mo Shao Qian to be a scary psychopath, but like a moth drawn into the light, I am also drawn in by Shao Qian. I pray never to meet such a man, but reading and watching are ok . I feel really sorry for Tong Xue. In her shoes, I would probably go crazy from the years of mental and sometimes physical torment. How can one live like that, constantly afraid of what will happen next? Poor girl.
