I heard Tang Ren will soon make CP4. The rumor is Wu Zun (吴尊) will take part in CP4. But for sure I don't think Wallace would want to get involved in any CP series anymore.

Seriously, I'm not biased against WZ himself-but IMO his acting skills aren't up to scratch (thus I don't even care about the latest remake of Yang Warriors), even if some people think he looks hot. I've heard the PAL4 rumour eversince PAL3 started airing. I only half believe PAL4 will be turned into a drama, so that can be a consolation for me.

As for Hu Ge, as much as I'd like to see him continue acting in the PAL series (oh, his Xiao Yao days...), I still think movies/dramas with a deeper plot/more meaingful will suit him more as he matures in age.

I don't actually want to see Wallace in another CP3 idol game series. Both Hu Ge and Wallace are now displaying a deeper maturity in their acting, so I rather see them in more meaningful roles. Haha I noticed its like Nicky was trying to find some conversation to strike up with Wallace. i wonder does wallace sort of play around on the set at all? cause everytime I look at pictures it seems like he's really focus on the set and not goofing off.

Wallace doesn't strike me as the type to shout random words when other actors are filming to make them screw up. He also doesn't strike me as the type to ride around the horses with Nicky until the horses are completely worn out before filming their scenes every time they see horses on set. He might not be serious all the time but I'm not sure Wallace and Nicky are going to play up the on-set antics like HongLong did.

I hope they loosen up a bit though, because I want to see some bromantic chemistry and I haven't seen it yet unless they have very interesting but expressionless conversations.

I really hope so too. Maybe after a few episodes they will loosen up. This is their first time working together so maybe there will be awkwardness between them. From the storyline it seems to be solving mysteries so there might be alot of bromance scene.

Looks like since they have two heavyweight A-list male leads - Nicky & Wallace - they have chosen a young up-and-coming actress as the female "lead" - He Zhuo Yan. She's not that well known yet...get the feeling that this would be a vase-like female role. The focus are on the two hot guys

he zhou yan has been acting for a while already. i wouldn't consider her up and coming (unless you mean she hasn't had a break through role yet? she was the female lead in one of zjz's series). she's been in a handful of zjz's series with prominent roles too. she's cute and is very hard working, but she pales in comparison to the likes of ady and yang mi (in terms of onscreen charisma). hopefully this series will boost her career. in terms of other actresses in her category, i would have preferred lu chen and zhang meng.

Yeah, I also think her role will probably be pretty vase-like. But I'm pretty confident in Nicky's ability to choose actors so I'm sure she'll do fine in her role.
