    I don't think they look too goody two shoes...at least not compared to Hawick and Yang Mi characters in Ru Yi! Now those two really got on my nerve in that drama.... Gao Zhan is definitely not very forgiving toward his enemies and he doesn't stand idle when Lu Zhen gets hurt/bullied by others.

    I really hope the main lead won't be another Mary Sue character like Ruby Lin's Qing Shi Huang Fei. She needs to show her teeth!! I guess I like 3 dimensional characters who have both good and bad qualities. I don't like pure evil nor do I like pure innocence and good.

    P.S. Han Dong's Prince Dorgon in In Love with Power looks soo promising!! I expected Hong Taiji to shine more, but now I feel like Han Dong is going to steal the show!


    If anyone who can't read Chinese and is interested in know what the letter that Gao Zhan read before he starting to puke blood...I roughly translated it on my blog.

    LOL! ^ I hope the character won't be like Ruby's also...that series QSHF had such a strong cast and I am a huge fan of Yan Kuan's but I just couldn't finish watching it because of Ruby's character...who I usually like since I even sat through and reviewed Schemes of a Beauty...but QSHF was a disaster!

    I am betting that Han Dong will be phenomenal...even if he is pining after Dayuer lol

    On their baike page, this series should air right after SOP Queen (with Zhang Han and Joe Chen) finishes its broadcast, which will be sometime this August! So hopefully that is the case

    I really hope that it will air after SOP. The trailer looks really good. I usually don't like Yu Zheng serie but, this one seems quite good judging from the trailer.

    Baike is rarely trustworthy. It can be easily edited by fans. Hunan TV has already announced the series to air after SOP is Legendary Stories of Zhongkui.钟馗传说. It's another 40 episodes series.

    i thought she was a female prime minister. how come all i see is love scenes?

    does she actually become a minister or is this like Alyssia Chia' Empress Wu? when they skip all the good bits.
