I am under the assumption that they are either official, or that it will eventually become the official title/slogan/brand.

The "S" in Swordsman makes it proper. Swordman without the "S" is improper. And sounds awkward.

Another reason for the concern is that someone here has posted several times to YZ blog, I guess, and it keeps getting remove. In other words either they don't want to be stand corrected in public, or they refuse to take part in any response to the title at the moment. Which leaves us fans hanging with the idea. In other words, we're just trying to save this production of its title embarrassment. In the event that this is what they are going with in the final release.

To be honest I hope they do, I much prefer 'State of Divinity' 'Smiling Proud Wanderer', or 'Laughing in the Wind', all are more poetic than 'Swordsman'.

Unless he does mean sword man. Because the english is wrong and it follows the long tradition of chinese production having bad english title as well as grammatically wrong english and for international viewers, it may be like a joke that diminishes the production value. Frankly after watching Palace II, I don't have much hope in this one. Sorry, I was excited but Yu Zheng just rubbishes everything he personally oversees and Yuan Shan Shan is just not pretty. She is also not a good actress. I hope this series will be the first full Yu Zheng series with his personal touch that he doesn't screw up majorly.
