I have watched up to ep 21 and I feel that Angela is actually just hiding her feelings to prevent more pain. She denies her emotion and hope so she can have a clear-cut end to the pain and disappointment with all the false hope they were provided with through the years. Ah Gan was willing to be disappointed, used and cheated over and over again in order to carry on the slightest chance of hope that Tansy was still alive, but I think Angela has enough. everyone has a different way of dealing with loss. Angela is the type that volunteers to accept death and loss to make a new start. It doesn't mean that she doesn't care for her daughter anymore, but she just finds it an unreasonable way to continue living by losing herself in the past.

Just watched episode 11. I like the last scene of the 5 people playing cards. It shows how Ivan has grown in confidence and completely believe in his own ability to deceive.
I just read an interview of the actor who played Edwin. Glen Lee actually took initiative to recommend himself to Jonathan Chik for the role. He said he said he saw the script and know Chik is looking for someone to play the wine mixing guy. He so happens to have a wine mixer license. So, he recommend himself. Glen really is a good actor. From the dorky Kar Ming in BHFD to this scheming guy in MOP, he played both convincingly.

Ep 25 brings up very mixed feelings for me. The storyline seems over relying on coincidence. But the exaggeration and sudden twist in the plot actually makes the plot more interesting and surprising. I just wished apple daily never released those massive spoilers!
[SPOILERS]Hmmm. I am thinking maybe it is Henry who wrote the words on the poker card, and not Esther. I mean, how can Ivan not recognise Esther's handwriting? Maybe Each of Ivan's personalities has different handwriting - I saw something similar in an old ep of "Lie to Me". [/SPOILERS]
