Default Difference between dominant and strong organizational culture

A friend asked me the above.
    1. Dominant culture: Held by the majority of employees. For example, Apple employees will hold the importance of innovation as part of the organization culture.
    2. Strong culture: The same as above?

    Any advice?

Dominant is something that can be seen in the normal life of a country. Such as in Asian countries like china and Japan you can see their traditional colors and softness in the buildings, speaking and almost everywhere even in modern times. Organized culture is what the new generation learns from the modern education. It quite differs from the original or dominant culture.
