Zhong Ling actress is so cute but for the life of me I can't remember her name. All the actresses are beautiful so far...but I do also have trouble telling them apart, go figure.

On another note, I was under the impression that Zheng Meng was sort of tall...well not short. However, she looks so petite standing next to Wallace! LOL!

Hmm the cast is unimpressive. The girls in this version have nothing on Liu Yi Fei and Liu Tao. Wallace Chung is a total miscast though Kibum looks decent. I think only Han Dong and Zong Feng Yan look better than their respective counterparts in the 2003 version.

Florence Tan does look young, but technically she is 36 years old and DY sisters are between 16-18 , if the character was to have a child when she was about 18 , then she would be old enough to be the mother. Even though Florence costume look like a bunch of fabric wrapped around her, it looks better then the one we seen so far. I guess it can be entertaining, I do hope DY ends up with someone else rather then Ms. Wang.

She looks like she could be around 30 or even older in that photo, though. I don't think that will be a problem.

damn! i can't get myself to get pass the costumes. i feel like the stylish just throw scaps of fabrics together and call it work well done. I don't know if they're just lazy or if there's not enough budget in the production. However, I've seen smaller budget dramas with even better casts and costumes than this. does everyone else feel same way?

anyway, all this aside, I will only watch this for the story (what they i hope they won't butcher) and out of my loyalty toward Jin Yong's novel. but then again, i will wait till it completes before i'll even touch it.

I think tangren should've done this series. wallace is also miscast, he doesn't have that heroic barbaric look. he should've been casted as murong fu at least.
