I hope you're right! The highlight video gives me some hope. The previous clips didn't have any scene where he reciprocated her affections so that worried me.

Anyway, I can't believe Jin Shijia is 27.. He has SUCH a baby face. The more I see him, the more it weirds me out how young he looks.

Yeah, it was his babyface that I initially thought he looks way too young for YR as her male lead. Of course, her hairstyle in the series didn't help either. But after watching the couple episodes, they didn't look that bad together-will be better when her hairstyle change from the owner of the brothel to a younger hairstyle. He's around the same age as CX, but CX looks more compatible with YR in terms of looks, but only because of the babyface factor

Whuttttttt omg. They're making another one?? I'm sorta excited for her to be in it (if she's going to be a main character) but I'm also sorta bored of that series. I've seen two versions already (the Gigi Lai and Alyssa Chia ones). IF she is going to be in it, I hope she gets to play Zhao Min. She's pretty perfect for Zhao Min.

Not sure what Mount Wutai refers to though.. Google tells me that it's an actual mountain, and I don't see its name mentioned in wikipedia in regards to the series.

Zhang Zhehan will be playing Zhang Wuji, but the two female leads are still unknown. So I wouldn't be surprised if that's also YR's next project, it is a YZ production afterall. If she is in it, I'd prefer her to be Zhou Zhirou for some odd reason..LOL.

If not, maybe YR is just going up there for her break between filming series. Like I think she went to Malyasia after filming My Love To Tell and before filming Cosmetology High.

On another note. YZ said in an interview, YR will star in Gong 5.

Nooo hahah. Idk why but I never liked Zhou Zhirou. On paper, she's pretty much my kind of character -- the good girl who is forced by circumstances to be bad; but in execution, I just never felt anything for her. I guess I'm just too taken by Zhao Min LOL. I suppose if YR was to play Zhou Zhirou, it'll be a challenge to see if she can make me like the character heh

But but, why is there even going to be a Gong 5?? Could YZ please stop and start a new brand at least lawd. And will YR actually be the star or will she just be a supporting character? I'm still bitter about her featuring so heavily in the Gong 3 posters only for her character to be not that big..

I still don't understand why his Gong series are successful, but they are. I think that's what made YSS so popular now, I mean very popular. YZ's effort in casting YSS as his female lead in so many of his series didn't go to waste, eventually people accepted her and her popularity grew like wild fire. If YZ is cast as female lead for Gong 5, YZ may finally put his efforts in promoting her and the rest of his new boys, particularly Zhang Zhehan. I've noticed he's been getting pretty good roles, and he haven't been with YZ for that long.

Not sure if YZ is hinting something....probably not, but..
