suicide scene with flair and finesse. I got such powerful imagery when it was described in the book. It was understatedly morbid when Tangqi Gongzi went on to describe the aftermath, with SY noting the broken body, and unknowingly walking away from the love of his life

Well, there's a lot of news that the drama will differ quite a bit from the novel, probably in fleshing out the characters. Although they will probably follow the same tragic lovers ending arc...

The press conference seems so full of fun! The brotherhood formed during BBJX has certainly spilled over...and JX is pretty much their "sister-in-law" since she's Ye Zu Xin's (10th Prince) real life girlfriend.

I'm wondering how come the drama poster features Kevin, YH & JX, since the Shen An/YH & Song Ning/JX romance story is not really connected to Kevin's character...

I don't mind the story arc characters being explored. I do mind if they mess around with the leads. There was plenty of characterisation of YZ and MY. I didn't totally get the ending. I think the online version that I read cut bits out or didn't have much clarity?

Anyway, I'm buying a copy of the novel as soon as budget allows .

Kevin/MY was very involved in the Song Ning arc. I think he followed her into her first venture into the dream world. He was also there when YZ was reflecting at the end about the tragedy of it all. Their dialogue ended the arc with a profound and resounding note.

I didn't know YZX and JX were a couple! Poor YH. First it was mommy watching LSS while he kissed her, now it's killer boyfriend watching JX while he beds her. No privacy for the poor man, no privacy!

If it's the scene that I'm thinking about, I wouldn't call it hot by any regards.
