    I don' know which side to believe in this case. Either way, a precious life is lost. May her RIP. The Dalai Lama needs to tell Tibetans to stop self-immolation. It only bring tragedy, nothing good will come out from this. Tibetans need to learn "Take back a step back there is a great plain and sky"
