Yup that's Zhao Li Ying! I think she's doing a cameo role. Her name in the show is Bai He. I don't remember this character in the book so I think this is a role Yu Zheng made up. She looks so pretty in Han Dynasty attire it makes me wish even more that she could have been cast as Yun Ge.

Yang Rong looks amazing as Huo Cheng Jun though... exactly like how I imagined the character to be.
