HKTV is a planned third television station to compete against TVB and ATV but its broadcasting rights has not been registered.

Personally, I hope HKTV will get their license soon. I hope for HKTV to succeed and produce great wuxia serials based on novels that haven't adapt into series for fans to enjoy. No more serials based on JIN YONG novels please.
