The Stellar Tower has its layout based entirely on the Great Heavenly Stellar Formation. Not only is it filled with a lot of natural holy energy, it even gathers sunlight, moonlight and starlight. The most dazzling place in the Stellar Tower is its center -- the Sun Moon Hall.

This is the place where the guardians, company leaders and squad leaders have audiences with the 3 tower masters.

The Sun Moon Hall does not have a roof. By looking up, one can see countless stars hanging high. The area behind the seats of the 3 tower masters on the raised platform in the hall even shines with sunlight and moonlight all the time. It has been almost 2 years since the completion of the Stellar Tower. During the past 2 years, the Stellar Tower has come into routine operation completely. Uncle Lan, Miss Li’er, Yan Zi and the others from the ravine have often come over here for a stroll and Qin Yu has welcomed them happily.

I thought about this too. Fengyuzi probably didnt know the existence of the Teng Long continent. Heck, the Three Eyed Toad who is the Number 2 of the Xiuzhen world didnt appear to know about that continent. Most Xiuzhen schools probably dont know about the existence of the Teng Long continent but only know to achieve ascension is to undergo the 9-in-9 Tribulation.

I am of the opinion as you mentioned that there may have been a few stragglers (Dacheng and Dujie experts) in the North of the Chaotic Astral Ocean. Besides, the battle at the time was tens of thousands years ago so much might have changed then.

I'm actually really curious as to how the Teng Long continent maintains its population if the tales of a bunch of people with superpowers continuously fight each other (and presumably kill half the time) over treasures. Xiuzhenists are not born but cultivated so unless the rate of cultivation is abnormally high, I don't see how there are still hundreds of millions of Xiuzhenists there.

Actually, now that I think about it more, I definitely think Uncle Lan is an alien (but human). Why? Because he knows the size of the planet. He actually commented that it was 'rare' to encounter a world of this size. How would he know that unless he has travelled to and seen other worlds? It would also imply he has a spaceship tucked away somewhere or maybe he is the descendant of an alien. And perhaps this particular world has divine humans with extraordinary powers, just like how some demonic beasts have powers unique to them.

Good point. This must means they have been case where immortals descended before. Which makes descend is not totally impossible.

6th tribulation? 8th tribulation? 10th tribulation? Or a 12th tribulation loose immortal, who according to legend is just one step away from becoming a golden immortal?

Based on this, and Uncle Lan denial, we can assumed he too can be Golden Immortal.

I believe the stronger the backup, the secure you are, like how Qinyu gain the backup of Uncle Lan. Besides, in TengLong continent, I'm sure Xian, Mo, Yao all have their own habitat like the dynasty in QingLong continent.

At this point in time, it seems that Hei Yu can be considered as the most powerful of the 3 brothers, with power on par with Hou Fei's, corrosive offensive technique and speed on par with Qin Yu's.

His speed surely catch up with Stellar transformation but this likely due to the forbidden technique he practice into. I think all three on par with each other. Making Qinyu some sort of divine beast since he too around late-Yuanying stage. And the weird part is, I think majority think Qinyu is at middle Dongxu stage based on his attacking power but of course they all ain't to sure about it cause they can't read Qinyu.

Did any of you guys find it weird that none of other guardians protest even in their heart that Zhuang Zhong who is may or may not be at early Yuanying (previously he at late-Jindan) become their manager. I mean giving the culture 'respect power in Xiuzhenist world', its weird none of the guardian who at Dongxu stage protest. I mean will they even going to take order from someone who is weaker then them.

We're assuming that some immortals do return.
That's why we've been discussing about Uncle Lan.

It seems that there's a pattern of practitioners knowing very little about the world of the more powerful beings.
Mortals on the Qian Long continents don't know much about Xieuxanists or their world.
Even uncle Fengyuzi doesn't know much beyond the little he'd heard when he was at his martial school.
Cha Ge, Cha Po, and Cha Hong didn't seem to know much beyond the 3 undersea empires and the local XieuXanist schools.
The Di brothers didn't know much more than the Cha brothers.
Only Azure Dragon seem to know the world beyond those... and Three-Eyed Toad seems to only have heard rumors.

Uncle Lan knows about the entire mortal world and its practices of power, but doesn't know the details.
That's why we speculate that he's as or more powerful than San Xian / Immortals.
The others on the thread have already commented on Uncle Lan's apparent knowledge of interplanetary travels.
So we have two main ideas:
1) Uncle Lan is from another universe, like Lei Wei, Qin Yu's Master.
2) Uncle Lan is from where practitioners who have reached culmination ascend to.

The information about Immortal powers are from both Azure Dragon and Uncle Lan.
It can be inferred that some who ascended have returned and the information about Immortals and their world leaked out.

If immortals ascend to a higher world then how does anyone in this world know what level of loose immortal is equivalent to what level of immortal? There'd be no immortals to compare to.

Actually, we know immortals can descend to the mortal plane. The Immortal Mansion was said to be an immortal's home. And the 9 Jade Swords are the keys made by the immortal. And the dust-repelling spell on those Sword Boxes were cast by this immortal.

So perhaps immortals can go against the 'natural pull' that he-man mentioned if they have sufficient power. But once that power is used up/dissipates, they are pulled back to the immortal plane. Doesn't explain why the immortal did all that and then left though, lol

Zhuang Zhong is the perfect choice, since he made a pledge on his soul to be loyal to QY.

Since the 3 masters back ZZ, nobody would dare raise any objections.

Also unlike other super powers, since even though its ranked #3 in territory; the dragon & toad would never dare offend it. Thus technically its #1...the fact that they seceded their territory to QY would also have spread rumors thus making the troops proud to be under QY.

I thought there would be some discontent too...but you have to remember how scary Hou Fei is to the people in the story -- he's somewhat lovable to readers, but in the story he'll smash you in an instant if you offend him in even the slightest way. In a way he is more brutal and dangerous than any other character, since others usually spare you or give you a chance because you'll be useful to them in the future. Hou Fei doesn't care about any of that, and just hulk smashes if he's angry.

Well Uncle Lan and Li'er left (assuming they're from there) because of all the fighting and some other incident, so other immortals might have felt the same way. Perhaps after a couple million years they got bored and went back, or were forced back, or something of that sort.

I'm really thinking immortals just become interplanetary travelers and are able to observe the heavens/universe more, and thus attain understanding and gain more power. I think the title and mentions of other stars and planets is a big giveaway that the novel will eventually take place out of this world and onto other planets, and not just the normal portrayal of some sort of heavens in the sky (of Earth).
