Guilty or Not Guilty?
I hope the court find the officer Not Guilty. The police officer did what he supposed to do. Sammy brought it upon himself.

Have a quick read. While I think the case is reported in many papers, I do not know the full details. E.g. I do not know that the policeman has a taser.

I will say not guilty of "killing" Sammy. But guilty of not following procedures. Logically, Sammy should be "tasered" first.
