    Hi everyone.

I've been proofreading the entire text and finding lots of mistakes, from typos, to grammar mistakes, to continuity errors, to left-out words that change the entire meaning of certain parts. The final version is almost done.

I'm going to take the entire text and print it professionally in book form to give as a gift to a friend. But in order to get a professional-looking book, I have to order in batch form. As such, I will have to buy several dozen copies. If anyone is interested in having a copy, all you have to do is cover the cost of printing and shipping to you, and I can probably get it to you before Spring Festival. Below you can see a sample of the front cover.

I've also commissioned some art work to include in the book. Below is a sample; illustrations of Liu Changjie and Power of Hu!

I'm NOT selling this for a profit, I am giving it away at cost to anyone who wants one. If you are interested, please send me a private message to coordinate sending you the book.

That cover is really nice looking.
    Reverend Rongku prepared himself.

Suddenly, he toss his hands and screamed: "I am not human! I am an animal!"

The crowd startled at such a bizarre beginning to the story.

Hi all, a quick update about Heroes Shed No Tears. I'm about 2/3 finished with reading the novel. I'm definitely going to wait until I'm finished before starting the translation, so as soon as a week, maybe two.

Incidentally, there is a more recent adaptation. The Chinese title is 泪痕剑 lei hen jian, and the English is "Tearful Sword."

Based on the synopsis and a quick glance at a few minutes of a couple epsidoes, I don't think it follows very closely to the novel's storyline. I really like the novel so far, so I'm excited to start translating. Stay tuned!

I was reading the translation of "A Happy Hero" when I noticed that the first chapter mentions a character that is referenced by Dragon Fifth in the last chapter of 7 killers. He talks about the "Ouyang Brothers" who is actually one person. Does anyone know if this person appears in other novels?

    Here's a link to the translation: http://www.spcnet.tv/forums/showthre...o#.UuKH49KwrDc

By the way, my goal is to read all of Gu Long's books in Chinese, so I generally don't want to read others' English translations heihei.

Hi deathblade, the Ouyang Bros was also mentioned in The Legendary Siblings: Ouyang Ding and Ouyang Dang.

""Xiao Yu'er laughed, "It's because these Ouyang Brothers are never apart from each other, no matter what they do, they'll be together, so they can only be counted as one person." (Chapter 70, Wuxiapedia, translated by Jean).

Cool! I assume it's the same, although in 7 Killers clearly states that it's one person...

To everyone who sent me messages about getting a copy of the printed book:

Good news: The books are done! They turned out awesome and I'm excited to send them out to you

Bad news: Spring Festival is here, and I'm going to be traveling, so I will have to wait until I get back before calculating shipping costs and messaging all of you with the details.

There are plenty of books to go around, anyone else who is interested but hasn't messaged me, don't miss out!

I know I'm kinda late, but I only just finished reading the story.
Great story and translation. I really appreciate it.
I like how the story was short but yet kept the spirit of Gu Long's longer story.
Most author have a difficult time keeping that same spirit when switching from a long novel to a short one.

If you have the fixed text/word doc, I can easily convert it to an ebook for you.

It took me forever, but I'm finally ready to ship the books out to anyone who is interested in having a physical copy. I'd like to do it all at once, so this is last call for anyone else who wants one. I'm only charging the print cost and shipping, e-mail me if you're interested.

After I've shipped the books, I'll post the final consolidated text up here in case anyone's interested.

It's my pleasure and honor to announce that the edited and unabridged version of 7 Killers is now live on wuxiaworld.com! Thanks so much to Ren Wo Xing for inviting me to be a part of his awesome project. The edited text has additional footnotes and hopefully a lot less grammar mistakes. 7 Killers is a pretty short read, so if you haven't read it already, go check it out there. Enjoy!
