The good news is there is no innocent bystanders. Paul and his friend paid the price for their reckless act.

Lunar, do you realize what they did was not only dangerous to themselves but others as well? Do you know how many innocent bystanders die everyday because of reckless drivers like Paul Walker and his friend? Why can't they follow the law like everyone else? Based on the police report, they drove at the speed of at least 90 MPH on a 45 MPH zone when they hit the light pole. People like Paul Walker and his friend should be banned from driving.

Lunar, where is mercy toward the innocent bystanders who lost their lives because of people like Paul Walker and his friend who drive more than double the speed limit? What about all the pain and suffering that innocent bystander families have to bare because of drivers like Paul Walker and his friend?

It's always someone else fault. Paul Walker’s teen daughter sues Porsche over his death in fiery crash.

I hope either the judge dismisses the case or she lost the case and get nothing. People like her drives up the the price of the product for everyone. Regarding the accident, the police estimate the car was driving at the speed of 80mile/hr to 93mile/hr in the 45mile/hr zone when it crashed into a concrete lamppost and two trees. When you are driving that fast and crash into the concrete lamppost and two trees, you don't expect to survive no matter how great the car is. The good thing is there were no innocent bystanders in this case. I guess if you live by the sword, you will die by the sword.
