I was wondering who would be the best actors to portray the 5 greats from LOCH?

My dream list

H7G (northern begger) - Jacky Chan
HYS (eastern heretic) - Chow Yen Fat
AYF (western venom)- Donnie Yen
1D (southern monarch) - Jet Li

I have left out HCY (central divinity) as I can think of no actor able to surpass the above 4.

Did you get the idea for Jacky Chan and Jet Li from The Forbidden Kingdom? Iirc, Jacky was a eccentric beggar, and Jet Li was a solemn monk in that movie.

Yes, but even before the film their personalities fit the characters. Jet the disciplined master martial artist. Jacky the happy go lucky hero.
