Default Could Dook Goo Kau Bai tank a full-power strike by a Great without suffering damage?

Even Dook Goo Kau Bai's most adamant skeptics (including yours truly) is willing to believe that his overall martial arts level surpasses that of the Greats of the CONDOR HEROES TRILOGY. If Dook Goo Kau Bai were to fight any one of them, DGKB would very likely win. I imagine that when a Great strikes at DGKB, however, DGKB would dodge to avoid taking damage (mostly likely) or strike first and so quickly (not as likely) that the Great never even has a chance to take the initiative of attacking.

Do you think, however, that Dook Goo Kau Bai had reached a level where he could just stand there and tank the maximum force of a Great's most powerful strike (e.g. Gwok Jing's Hong Lung 18 Palms or Yeung Gor's Sad Palm) without suffering any damage?

During DGSD, we saw Hui Juk do just that when he harmlessly sustained the strikes of Kau Mor Tze. Additionally, the Janitor Monk survived Kiu Fung's Hong Lung 28 Palms strike (albeit with some damage, but most believe that the monk sustained that damage willingly). Do you think Dook Goo Kau Bai had attained sufficient inner power to do that?

yes. yang guo's internal energy was quite high because of HIS. therefore DGQB's internal energy must be at least the same.

Probably better than "at least the same," actually, but we know that among the Greats, who are equals, one Great cannot simply tank the full strike blow of another Great without sustaining damage. I wonder if Dook Goo Kau Bai's inner power was sufficiently higher than a Great's to be able to harmlessly absorb the Great's full-power strike. He would need at least the equivalent of Hui Juk's inner power level to accomplish such a feat.

Bit unfair on the Sword Devil comparing him to sweeper monk and HJ. HJ was a freak accident. Sweeper had thousands of years of Shaolin martial arts to draw on.

Sword Devil seemed completely self made.

Also his expertise was technique not internal strength so it would be unlikely he could have achieved the same feats as the other two.

A great cannot tank another great's attack because they're the same level.
Janitor Monk suffered a few broken ribs from a pissed off KF (who's higher than a great, i think).
I think he could absorb an attack harmlessly by a Condor Trilogy great.

Plus, it's fun to think of a legendary hero as invincible.

DGQB cannot take a full power strike from a Great without damage, unless one thinks DGQB is stronger than Sweeper Monk. I don't think anyone rates him that highly.
