i think Qin Meng is name of Qin Yu universe not stage of Stellar Transformation
the last stage IMO is universe stage
because there is no significant transformation after universe stage
just some development on 3 world layer
after perfection of Spirit World layer and Qin Yu universe become perfect and can creat civilization , Qin Yu call that universe Qin Meng
its like Sun core divide into stage like early , midle , late and peak stage

Which Stellar stage equivalent to 12th tribulation, sword emperor, golden emperor and the last which I forgot it's name...?

Edit: as requested I reuploaded the txc file since GD blocked it again. I called it 1.0 but it's still the same as 1.4 (I don't wanna continue to raise the version indefinitely)
so don't worry about the version, a good indication is the file size.

Shinintendo wrote on page 4 how to do it.

download textcrawler, load the file with:
batch commands--->batch editor---> load
push use button.
than choose the file you wanna translate (need to be txt utf-8) and push replace button.
also the .txc can be opened with notepad.

for the one who confused how to use the txc file that shin used , i will post a quick guide

1.download the Text Crawler Aplication (just 400 kb) , you can download it from here http://www.solidfiles.com/d/262021fe...wler_Setup.exe

2.instal it , then open the aplication

3.after that , click the "Batch command" at text crawler interfaces , here is the screenshot http://puu.sh/ammBt/e5ef4797b5.png

5.when you do that , a new interfaces will be shown , Click "Load" http://puu.sh/amn1h/a76b96fe6c.jpg and chose the txc.file that you downloaded from shin

ok the first part has been done , now the second parts , translating the chapter that you want to read ..using systran of course...

1.Copy the Chinese Language of the Stellar Transformation chapter that you want to translate to a notepad (i will be using book 10 Chapter 44 for this example) ,to avoid confusion when chosing the chapter , you can use the translated list of stellar transformation here http://www.systranet.com/turl/?systr...bWwvemhfZW4%3D

2.after chosing the chapter , display the original page of the chapter you chose , copy the content , paste it at the notepad , and save it , change the notepad name and encoding http://puu.sh/amoYb/4c6d0ebfdc.png

3.now we back at text crawler aplication , first chose "input file" then open the notepad that we copy just now at a folder icon , after that Click "Replace" http://puu.sh/ampGW/487bd47045.png , click "yes" when asked .

4.the notepad that were chinese originally has been partially translated in english

5.now that the text crawler aplication has already carrying out their duties , we moved on to systran translator to translate the rest of the chinese word that not translated by text crawler , translate the first half of the "partialy translated notepad" first.. because systran cannot translated more than 1000 words , then translate the second half , you can copy-paste the words that has been translated by systran to microsoft word document for a better experience in reading...

basically ,text crawler alication is used to make systran translation more readable
