Need help for English translation for this song

I saw a video clip of my sister-in-law's wedding this past weekend that I missed. She married to a Chinese man and he serenaded to her with this song. When I heard it, I fell in love with it. Through many connections, I finally found the song on youtube! YAY! The sad thing is I only understand a couple of words but would love to understand the whole lyrics. Anybody care to translate or know where I can find the English translation?

Yuè Liàng Dài Biǎo Wǒ De Xīn sung by Teresa Teng Li Yun, original is Chen Fen Lan. English translation of the title is "The Moon Represents My Heart."
