Finally finished this great piece of work. As usual Joe Chen did a great job playing the role of Qian Baobao. The main actor was also awesome. Both him and Joe Chen had great chemistry and they are the funniest couple in the entire drama. Compared to BBJX which was also written by Tong Hua, i have to say i like Destined To Love You more. There is elements of comedy, romance, action and brotherhood. Chen Wentao surely deserved a better ending too.

Just finished this drama too! Cannot help falling in love with Jia Nailiang!!!!!!! OMG~~~ Dying out of breath! He's too hot! Ok I don't usually find men hot or check them out as much as women, but this time is just an exception! LuLu will definitely have to keep an eye on him now bc I bet he's getting real popular from this drama now. I don't think there will ever be another actor out there that can cry and whine like him w/out you hating, no matter how immature, clingy, or such a cry baby he was, it was only cute the whole entire time . I love how he was like a (short) little boss of his own F3.
I don't know if it's just me or something but Joe Chen looks prettier in this drama than all her previous dramas, maybe bc she has a much more mature and skinnier face now. It's super hard for actresses to be acting sassy and funny, and kind of mean at the same time. I was glad Joe took this role because it's the type of role she's really good at that suits her at the same time, and not many people can do it. Zheng Shuang and the other nurse lady are really really pretty but they won't be able to pass if they were to be playing Bao Bao's role. Glad this director chose the right people.
Gotta say something about Bosco too, geeeeez, I thought that this guy was going to be the boring and stiff guy but I love it so much how he makes really funny face expressions once in a while here and there, he also play pranks on others, and has funny arguments with Xiang Hao. Didn't love this guy yet though...until it get to that dancing scene, oh dang, never knew guys can dance like that, he was sooo hot there lol! I also like that Bao Bao's dance was classy and not gimmicky or annoying. I find it hard for Bao Bao not to like both guys at the same time, but too bad she never fell in love with him. I dislike his ending, I thought Zheng Shuang was not supposed to be too much of a b*** for that long of a period and be the second female lead who ends up with Shen Wen Tou, but I guessed not. So towards the ending of this show was sort of boring all bc of Zheng Shuang.
But I gotta praise how this director makes things look more realistic and didn't waste as much time on unimportant stuff, it's too boring to watch a lot of the villains talking. I think Frog Prince was one of the first dramas that came up with the camera doing some zooming and flashing on the actors, and there was always the fast motion music to show the person from head to toe or from side to side...dang I got so tired of that bc that kind of camera action happened like at least 5 times in each episodes and all the other dramas copied the same thing. This drama is more natural and I really like that!

Yeah i wished that Zheng Shuang would have ended up with Bosco instead. that would have pulled an even better ending.

Baobao (Joe Chen) saw Wentao as a good friend from the very beginning so it was not surprising that she found it hard to develop any feelings from him. If Wentao had taken more initiatives things might have been different. Don't forget that Baobao is no ordinary girl.

I'm a few episodes into this series. Like it so far and it has good pacing. Thought Joe Chen is performing way better in here than she did in Cruel Romance. This role fits her acting style like a glove.

Erm, this is a small thing but is it just me or does the dubbing for her seem a bit weird and inconsistent in the first 4-5 episodes of this series?

I wonder if it's going be a trend for a small adorable puppy to show up in all her series now.

Oh my, is this man a beautiful creation of God or what. I like Joe Chen and while I have never read Tong Hua's novels except for Yun Zhong Ge (in English translation on a blogger's website) I am a big fan of the dramas that were based off her books (Bu Bu Jing Xin and Sound of the Desert, watching Yun Zhong Ge now) and hence her works. I just might need to watch this, being another Tong Hua love story and this eye candy over here doesn't hurt either
