Why is the price of Russian ($590) more than double the Hong Konger ($280), Mainland Chinese ($280) and Malay Thai ($250)? Is the story believable? Is Hong Kong this bad? Where are the Hong Kong police officers? Why don't they arrest them?

To the British Banker: I don't know whether your story is true or not. Even if it's true, it's your own fault if you got destroyed. You are an intellectual with university education, not a 15 years old teenager who doesn't know better. It's your decision to abuse drug and alcohol. No one can force you abuse them. If you are a strong willed person, who would refuse to go to those bars for alcohol, drugs and prostitutes, nothing bad will happen to you. I heard Hong Kong has lot tasty tropical fruits and lot of restaurants selling tasty foods at a very reasonable price. There are lot of healthy things to enjoy and strong willed people would go for the ones that they like. They would not go for drugs, alcohol and prostitutes.
