Seen early few eps, quite interesting and nice pace at the moment, although i don't understand about why these 2 ladies descendent of vermillion bird and azure dragon have to lead tribe which fight each other

I haven't really watch this drama (since I'm waiting for it to finish airing first), but from what little I've glimpsed, the tribes are trying to gain dominance over each other and one of the methods to gain power is to summon their guardian gods through their avatar or priestess.

I haven't gone through the part on why the leading ladies have turned from friends to enemies, but I'm quite curious as to why Zhang Han have two identities in the show (朱雀星宿 "Star Mansion of the Red Phoenix" and 青龙心宿 "Heart Mansion of the Azure Dragon").

I thought she is quite well known , since she debuted in "Xuan Yuan Sword: Scar of Heaven" produced by Tang Ren, along with Hu Ge, Liu Shishi and Jiang Jinfu. Her name is Guli Nazha in Chinese.

I tend to avoid dramas that based on game, since they always get bad ending, lol but i'm interested with chinese paladdin 5, the trailer looks good.

Anyway i've read somewhere, this series ends on ep 30, so i assume next 2 weeks would be the last then

How come the structure of this series is so similar to Fushigi Yuugi? Not that I dislike the structure, but I was annoyed with the anime's main female characters. In this story, I find myself quite annoyed with the jealousy of the Azure Dragon Lady...she had everything growing up, so she should show more sympathy to the "bad luck" star, her adopted sister.

Yeah, she's manipulated by bailin something, so she thought Su Mo didn't care for her at all.

So it turns out Chi Yu had 2 identities with the evil one had sign of the azure dragon members, i need sub to understand it lol.

Anyway this series is quite good, the characters is quite warming, i like all the vermillion bird members.

This one is pretty good, just gave up on cp5 but found Gulinazha again, totally different character this time though.

I don't know if he is the younger Guo'er from Condor Heroes 2015, looks identical...but his character here is totally FULL of adorableness, he is the funniest spoilt brat ever in history! Spoilt brat are usually annoying, but he's too funny here and break away that rule. Cuteness all the way && love his livliness laughs && really touching friendship with Xiao Bing. Xiao Bing got a tragic character that made me cried hard for him, those two little teens are going to make another drama together again, they're so good together!

I did got overwhelm by the main characters by the middle...all the supporters kick in real good though. I first thought it was going to be boring how Su Mo is just on a never-ending finding some sort-of-whatever people game...but they each bring in with something pretty good to watch.

The shy guy is real amazing with his quietness, he looks at people with expressions instead of speaking and just hold it in, it was adorable. Esp. love it when he's being teased by Hong Ling.

I just have to spoil the Hong Ling character, just prepare to be amazed by her! I think her first appearance should have been improved bc I first thought she'll be an old lady who appears for 1-2 episodes only...boy, she actually transformed tremendously later on and actually looks darn gorgeous, surprisingly, she is actually the dispeller of boringness. I like all the clothes that she wore after she did the awesome puppet fighting technique to save Su Mo, really creative and pretty. Luckily since Su Mo has no mouth to speak for herself when her ugly sis. is around, Hong Ling was created in order to digress everything all the time. She always explain things with good logics for all the people around her.

Only complaint would be all the purple lips. Guys (and even old guys) have the purple lips as well...although they do look good in it, it gets annoying at one point bc it never stops throughout the whole series! I prefer Gulinazha's pale american-ish face from xuanyuan sword, the bright color lips affects too much of her acting...sadly it just never went any lighter. And...WHooo...she was wearing men's clothes at the beginning? I was super surprised bc I thought it was some beautiful lady's clothes all along, and those hair at the beginning was much more prettier, I wished she kept them all the way. It's unfortunate how damn weak she was but it did fit well with the storyline, at least she's pretty and looks sweet enough. I like how she was not someone who succumb to sadness, the timeframe Chi Yu left her was so so so so long but she's quite strong in terms of attitude to still live well. I think many people love the ending, to me it was a not-too-satisfying & bitter-sweet one, but acceptable.
