Yeah, no problem. If you live in Toronto area, I can take you out for dinner as a trade . If you live in Vancouver area, I can take you out for dinner when I move there . If you are American, then I will visit you when I take a vacation and I will take you out for dinner .

TC, are you flirting with me? jk. Anyway, I was referring to FB picture. You trade your FB picture for mine. ha ha ha. But I may consider your dinner too. You will have to take a vacation and take me out.

I heard on the radio that if your having a bad day, write down about what happen and the next day post some positive quotes around you so that you can see it all day long.

hmm..interesting. I hardly write down drastic events that happened to me on that day, but I should try this method then. usually I would read positive quotes or listen to inspirational music besides the other hundred of things I do when having a bad day.

My fix is definitely go for a run or an exhilarating bike ride. Don't neglect food/water/nourishment, because that won't remedy matters.
Depending on the severity of what went down, I may turn to catharsis through the written word or confiding in a beloved friend.

Now that I am in my mid 30s and less impulsive than when I was younger, I am far better at not letting many things bother me. Disassociating myself from the situation, even for mere seconds, seems to work to steer myself back toward the right frame of mind.

Close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Corny as that sounds, it does work. For me, at least.
What are you fighting for? Just mix them into pissing beef balls, stupid.
