Nguyên tắc (noun) are pre-set laws or regulations that are used as references to say or do things.

Examples:
Nguyên tắc phải thật rõ ràng và vững chắc.
Regulations must be clear and firm.

Am hiểu means understanding something very clearly.

Khả: can, may
Năng: capable, able

Khả năng (noun): capable to do or accomplished something.

Example: Anh có một khả năng phi thường.
He has an amazing capability.

Tạo: to form, to make, to build, to manufacture

Sáng tạo ra: nghĩ ra và làm ra cái mới

* tính từ (Adj) - creative: Chúng tôi cần người có đầu óc sáng tạo. (We need people with a creative mind.)
