A level 12 character equipped with three bad-*** attributes equipment should be considered awesome. At least for now, where most players were still struggling at level 5, it would be hard for them to imagine.

I think the title is a little bit misleading from the author, because the MC will not become a thief. Perhaps the author was planning to make the MC a thief when he start this novel, and somehow he changed his mind, but the title wasn't changed?

It actually got me too. At first I thought the MC in this novel will be a Thief character (I haven't finish reading this novel as mostly I'm translating while reading it. I usually only get ahead 10-15 chapters at most.

The information that the MC didn't change his jobs to Thief was from KyleSteward who has already read the whole novel now.
