Chè - or you can call it sweet soup in English - is a traditional Vietnamese sweet beverage, usually served in a glass over ice and eaten with a spoon.

Chè is gelatinous. Varieties of it made with black-eyed peas, jelly, fruit (longan, mango, durian, lychee, …) and coconut cream.
