What level of martial artist would Deun Yin Hing be in the CONDOR TRILOGY?

As powerful as Great Evil # 1, Deun Yin Hing was, he was no more than a fourth- or fifth-level fighter in the world of DGSD. It's not that he was weak, but that he appeared in a story that featured the likes of the Janitor Monk and Hui Juk, who made even fighters of Kiu Fung's level (e.g. equal to or possibly superior to the Greats of the CONDOR HEROES TRILOGY) look unimpressive by comparison.

If Deun Yin Hing were to be dropped into the world of the CONDOR HEROES TRILOGY, however, what level of martial artist would he be? Would he be anywhere near a Greats-level fighter? Someone on the level of Mui Chiu Fung? On par with a Mo Dong Hero?
