Work Related System Upgrade

Hey guys! I'm into a growing company. Our goal is to improve everything. Actually, we have a plan for a system upgrade and we want a trusted software suited for control documents and auditing. We are still thinking if we are going to push through with our plans. Any related idea? Have you done something like this or have you ever consider a software for a system upgrade?

Hi, I hope I'm not really late to reply. I'm not so sure about the process but I presume there are companies who could provide services for a system upgrade. According to my cousin, they could be efficient and worth your money. Maybe, I'll consider them too since their company have been using it already. I still have to verify her soon.
