Just caught up. This story arch always gets to me. It is every parents worst nightmare to have their child suffer/die and be powerless to stop it. As a man I understand why Southern Emperor did not save him, but as a human being I find it very hard to accept.

Side note, anyone else think Qiu Qianren 's plan was a bit stupid. Even if Southern Emperor had used his power to save the child, the next Mt Hua Tournament was another 16 years away. Surely that would be more than enough time for him to recover. Or was he planning to wait and ambush Southern Emperor immediately after he saved the child?

2.It should be after the 1st tournament, as Wang Chongyang had already taken ownership of the Nine Yin Manual, and was worried that Ouyang Feng would come and take it after his death. Why he didn't just gift it to Duan Zhixing is beyond me, though - maybe Duan would not accept it having lost during the tournament.

1. Pls CMIIW, wasnt Yideng's martial brother (?), the Indian monk, who supposed to translate the Sanskrit? Perhaps they omitted his part, the way they did toward YZP, and changed it to Yideng.
2. It should happen after the 1st tournament. I do remember that QQR attacked Yingu's child, in order for Yideng to use up his power. His motive was to eliminate Yideng, so that he could have more chance to win. Regarding the tournament itself, wasnt the 2nd Huasan tournament supposed to be held a few months after that, but being cancelled (because WYC died , Yideng became a monk, OYF was still injured after being lost to WCY?) . I kinda forget about this part.

1. luna, I think you are also right about the QQZ's part. I believe the producer also ignored this part? A bit messy at times.

3. Am I right to say that as at now, it is only GJ and HR who know the full 9 Yin manual?

3. I thought that ZBT also knows the whole manual, but he wont learn it because he is obeying WCY's order. Need to clarify this .
4. IIRC, in the first revision, GJ left the whole manual in the Dragon Sabre/Heaven Sword. In the 2nd/3rd revision, I heard that GJ only lrfg a map to Taohua island, where he kept the manual. Pls CMIIW (coz ZWJ felt a cold energy in ZZR when he cured her in the island. How did she learn 9Yin if there wasnt any 9Yin manual in the Sword/Sabre? Is that part omitted from the later revision or did GJ leave some parts of the manual?? )

3. I thought ZBT only know the Chinese-word "Sanskrit" part, but does not understand what they mean. Does WCY know the 9 Yin too?
4. Maybe there is a full manual. But ZZR short-cut and learn only the second part. Don't worry, there is HSDS coming up. Do not know when though.
