ah, i didn't dislike YG because he's a smart cunning character. I dislike his romance with XLN cos it's just the two of them, and the rest faded into the background, IMO.

But I agree, this YTX is such a badass. I will re-watch ep 10 later when I have time; love his final fight scenes! And BXR fying to YTX's back and stabbed herself was such a beauty... it doesn't hurt that Iron Blood Loyal Heart was used as the BG music...

Oh yes, I totally cried when I saw YTX watching his son with such a sad expression.

I think that's one of the reasons I like Li Zonghan's YTX even better than Patrick Tse's... cos the 2017 YTX still wanted to reconcile with his son, and he was utterly disappointed that YK didn't acknowledge him. Yes, he was not happy with the way YK was, but YK was still his son...

Ooohhh I love that scene of GJ trying to touch HR's eyelids... so cute! And he grinned in such a goofy way...

I really like William Yang's GJ. Totally fond of him!

I'm sorry, but I have to say that they missed cast the main lead in this version. The main character suppose to be some one who grew up in a harsh mongol nomad life or similar harsh environment. He should be a solid strong well built character, but they chose a skinny soft actor that looks like he'd grown up as a prince in a royal palace instead?. When are they gonna learn to make thing right and do justice to this beautiful timeless novel?. Looks like we can expect to see another version in a few years after this one. This novel had been remake to death and they still can't get it right, go figure.
