I suggest you who have the original "WEB DL (1080P, 264 AAC)" files upload into a Vimeo account for ease of downloading. E.g. the following Jeremy Irons short film can be downloaded in many forms, including "Original" :

According to info, LOCH2017 had released to these regions and countries including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, South Korea with some countries still broadcasting, soon to be or had wrapped up.

Taiwan will broadcast somewhere around at the end of October.

It was mentioned that in Japan, the DVD's will be only available in the month of November.
