Kiu Fung's inner power vis a vis CONDOR HEROES TRILOGY Greats?

Considering *only* quantity of inner power, and nothing else, how did Kiu Fung compare to the Greats of the CONDOR HEROES TRILOGY? Did he have more than they did? Less? About the same?

In terms of pure quality (not how well it is utilized), he has less than Zhang Wuji, on par with Guo Jing and above the rest. Something like this

It's not too surprising, in the sense that HYS also accumulated Greats level internal energy without any special manuals
And LCY supposedly had WCY level of internal and it didn't seem like the AT sect had any specific internal energy manuals

XF did have good training from Shaolin and Beggar Union

Considering Beggar Union can produce a H7G and Shaolin is...well Shaolin-- not bad foundations for XF

Not just HYS. H7G had no named inner power skill but he was at the same inner power league with the other greats at LOCh start too.

The same can be said about OYF, GWM and JMZ, I think.

GWM got DEP which should contain internal formula since he doubled his internal by the time he achieved level-9.
JMZ has access to multiple arts from peak Shaolin, Tibet and probably Murong and XYP (prior to XWXG/YJJ). So he could have picked one suitable good neigong manual among those.
Still, the concensus would be most of the time you don't need top-notch manuals to achieve top internal.

I don't think Xiao Feng has got significantly higher internal than the 4 Greats.

IMO, what made XF so strong was his extraordinary fighting instinct, willpower/spirit and 'blood of khitan people' passive ability, not his internal

In fact, his internal seems kinda "medicore" for a Great to me. DY who absorbed only a few mid/low tiers fighters was already able to surpass him.

Overall, I feel his internal should be around HYS/H7G level, but not to 9YSG/9YZJ/YJJ mastery level.

Agree with WuxiaMaster.. perhaps XF 18 Dragon Palm look so strong coz he combine inner power with pyshical strenght (just like Jinlun fawang)..
