    I am not a doctor but for some weird reason I think this might work.

    I'm more interested in how powerful Yang Guo would become...

    The extreme sadness of losing his manhood + ultimate speed boost = Godly Melancholic Sad Palms.

    He might be able to able to take on 3 ROCH greats at the same time :P

    Considering that women were not any more resistant to this particular toxin than men were, I don't see how castration would help.
