Default How come 6 Meridian Swords was never passed on?

If I'm not wrong, Duan Yu knew 6 Meridians Sword and never learnt Yiyang Zhi.

How come YYZ was passed on and not 6MSJ? Even though the 6MSJ manual was burnt but DY had memorised it, he could have re-write it and hand it back to the monastery?

The answer maybe difficulty to learn. YYZ is relatively easy to learn, while 6MSJ needed more internal power than any one person could reasonably gather in a lifetime. So it might not be that YYZ was passed down and 6MSJ was not, but rather one could be learnt while the other couldn't.

Agree with Slayer it's probably due to the insane amount of internal required.

Remember even characters like Duan Zheng Ming and Kurong (who should be close to/around Condor Trilogy Great) only have enough internal to learn '1 finger'. That means that no one in the Condor Trilogy & later could possibly have learn this skill, even if it was around.

Weren't people at the ROCH Greats level around four to six times more powerful than the likes of Deun Jing Ming and Fu Wing? Then again, Kau Mor Tze was at the level of the ROCH Greats and even he was unsuccessful at learning the 6 Mak Divine Swords.

If it was passed down then Yideng had the most powerful skill in his hands and didn't need to fight for 9yin. There was no mention that he was even trying to study or learn it

Nobody was able to learn QKDNY that was still passed down

JMZ never got his hands on the manual. I believe he should have been able to master it. After all, 6 individual swords from 6 people could not overwhelm him.
