Perhaps not, but logically, from whom else would Kiu Fung have learned such skills? On record, Kiu Fung only had one Shaolin martial arts teacher, and that was Yeun Fu.

Depending how powerful/good the opponets since with very basic kungfu skill (i.e Founder Long Fist) XF could "toying" Xuanju and Xuannan which each use one of 72 Shaolin skill then later XF 18 Dragon Palm seem "useless" against Sweeper so I think Dragon Palm ~ 72 Shaolin skill the difference is in personal user "strength" not in "skill" himself..

Wang Yuyan was not in library , plus we dont know what martial arts does sweeper monk have and use.
Wang yuyan may be familiar with Shaolin martial arts, but if Sweeper Monk use uncommon martial arts like Duan Yu, then she wouldnt figure it out

6MSJ is supposed to be unblockable, so it should cut right through Dragon Palm, however I don't think it would completely disparate its power.

in the story, 6MSJ only once vs other LDA martial arts head to head, which is vs Blazing Flame Sabre of Jiumozhi, this skill is also considred class A.
6MSJ can penetrate this skill and forced Jiumozhi to use another defense move to protect his body.
depend on the inner energy of the user, but if the person is Duan Yu, then probably Dragon palm user would have trouble

Well since 6MSJ only "work" with the superior inner strength I would consider 6MSJ > Dragon Palm I mean for launch 6MSJ Yu must at least at DZM/DYQ/Tianlong Monk level while Dragon Palm even people at YLQ level quite capable to "mastered"..

Xiao Feng has shown he can unleash LDAs over multiple zhang, while IIRC 6MSJ has a limit of 1 zhang. 6MSJ would be more energy efficient, but for a very short while at least, XF can stay outside 6MSJ range and lob dragon palms at DY.
