Default Best inner power training manual in Jin Yong wuxia fiction?

Jin Yong's wuxia fiction is replete with different manuals and techniques for building hellacious amounts of inner power. Which would you consider the best?

    2. Yik Gun Gung (Shaolin)

    3. Lung Jeung Bor Yeh Gung (Tibet)

One can practice all their lives and would only be able to obtain 80 or so years of internal.

There is no way of obtaining 300 years of internal unless you absorb it from others, so Bak Ming Sun Gung should be the greatest.

Best combination is Bak Ming Sun Gung (Siu Yiu Sect) and Yik Gun Gung (Shaolin).

YJJ will ensure all the powers sucked will merge and can be used.

BMSG does the same, it merges all absorbed energies into Bei Ming Zhen Qi.

If you include Edition 1, the number 1 skill should be Xiao Yao Yu Feng. Even Wuyazi could only master 10-20% of it and it was one of the reasons why DCQ did not kill Su Xinghe, he wanted Su to reveal where the manual was.

Or maybe Tianjian Shen Gong. DY's LBWB was just 1 of 72 parts of that skill. Imagine all 72!!!

I think in DGSD 2d Edition, JY realized he wasn't writing a novel about Immortals vs Sun Wukong and decided to tone it down.
