the big dipper formation from 7 quan zhen people

so base on my knowledge, the the big dipper formation is equivalent power to 1 great which is pretty strong, but is the big dipper formation useful against more than 1 enemy of say lesser power?

let's say its against MCF and her husband, since the big dipper formation can only surround 1 person, wouldnt a 2nd person easily beat the formation?

It's expandable and adaptable; it can even be deployed against armies (though you'd need to add more people to the formation).
