Would 9 Yum Jen Ging have been unimpressive to the DGSD MA coveters?

DGSD was an era of supremo martial arts such as Bak Ming Divine Arts, 6 Mak Divine Swords, and Shaolin's Yik Gun Ging. Such martial arts were coveted by the likes of Kau Mor Tze and the Mo Yung father and son. If the 9 Yum Jen Ging time-traveled a few decades into the past to the era of DGSD, and Kau Mor Tze and the Mo Yungs read it, would it be yet another martial arts manual that they would covet, or would they scoff at it as inferior to the likes of Bak Ming, 6 Mak, and Yik Gun Ging?

If you consider XL18Z during DGSD was on par with LOCH version, then interestingly, during DGSD, it was considered one of the great MA, but by LOCH it was behind 9 Yum Jen Ging and even H7G wanted his hands on it.

I would think it's on the same LV as YJJ - remember what YJJ did for YTZ.

ZWJ took 5 years to learn/master 9 Yang. One possible reason is that he lacks MA skills then. Based on zwj's performance, 9 Yang allows one to learn other skills much faster. Therefore, it will be useful in DGSD time.
