    Default Coronavirus Isolation

Coughed all night on Thursday. This is my 4th day in isolation. Eating up the last of my fresh food tonight. Luckily have not developed a fever, so 3 more days and I can go out.

Anyone else in the same boat?

I talked to someone for a few minutes two weeks ago who is now under Quarantine.
I do not have a fever.

My wife is showing symptoms now. Not sure if I need to extend the isolation?

Temperature is a good guide. Once it reaches 38oC two times (with an interval of say 2 hours), it's time to visit the doctor.

Have not been sleeping well. Could it be fear of covid?

Did you have symptoms or just couldn't sleep?

MF - Just received news that my friend was confirmed two days ago. Am I safe? I counted. Three weeks have passed since I converse with my friend.

You may get it but your body's immune system might also be able to fight it and you recover sooner. Whatever happens, hope you guys are all right.

Hi! If you are a healthy person, your own immune system should kick in and fight the virus. But you can do things to boost your immune in this period by exercise, eating well, not smoking/drinking, and sleeping well. If you have vitamins/supplements, go and take some as well but no need to take everything. Hope you are alright.

My sister came out of isolation. She has been tested twice for Coronavirus but both have been negative. it has been 5 weeks now but she still has a low grade fever so it could be that she is fighting something else off but not the coronvirus.

So please take care of yourself and try to boost your immune system so no other viruses or infections can get to you. The stress is getting to me and I have been having cold sores every week and taking vitamins and lysine to help my body keep strong.

Experiencing sickness due to Covid was never easy. Glad to know more people recovered against this virus.
