Default Did Gwok Jing ever match/surpass Jebe as an archer?

As he acquired more skills, Gwok Jing tended to match or surpass his teachers (a fairly common accomplishment among wuxia protagonists), but did he ever match or surpass his first teacher Jebe at archery?

    Nope..
Jebe still regarded as the "finest" archer even in ROCH GJ might be only equal to him at best

Well, maybe in pure skill no but in practical effect, JY did write in ROCH that arrows can be shot with inner force (I don't see how, throwing yes but shooting with a bow??!) so GJ if using inner energy, should be more effective. Also, his other skills allow GJ to do stunts like shoot while jumping 20 feet up or bouncing between walls etc etc

Yeeep I mean in "pure" archery skill GJ perhaps more "complete" and "versatile" but Jebe still more "capable"..
Just like Ronaldo - Messi debate which Messi more better as "footballer" but Ronaldo more better as "athelete"

Does Guo Jing have the same synergy with a horse that allows Jebe to do all his horse archery tricks? IIRC we don't see Guo Jing fighting from a horse in the manner prized by the Mongols.

He grew up in Mongolia, so he probably was reasonably competent as a cavalryman. Whether or not he could rival or surpass Jebe, however, is a whole different manner.
