Who knew more about Cheun Jen Sect martial arts: Gwok Jing or Yeung Gor?

Did Gwok Jing or Yeung Gor know more about/was more influenced by Cheun Jen Sect martial arts? Gwok Jing knew how the Cheun Jen Sect's inner power systems worked, and figured out how to work the 7 Stars Big Dipper Formation. Yeung Gor apparently learned all of the Cheun Jen Sect's essential skills, but not sure if that included the same material that Gwok Jing knew. Which of them was more conversant in Cheun Jen Sect martial arts?

If more mean "quantity" then YG have more knowledge about QZ skill since he know QZ internal art QZ swordplay and QZ palm/fist but in terms of "quality" GJ win due the fact he mastered one of QZ highest level skill Big Dipper formation..
