The closest I saw was the 72 external strokes of Bixie being widely distributed but, has there ever been a wuxia novel where the plot involved someone trying to create trouble in wulin by taking a powerful legendary martial art manual and mass producing it and giving it to everyone?
I mean, imagine if Bei Ming Shen Gong was given to everyone in wulin, it would be mass chaos.
