Article

Taiwanese audience probably know Huang Yi from such tv series as "CTHD", "Wrong Wedding" and a gum commercial. This time, she replaces Zhao Wei to star in "HZGG3" as "Xiao Yan Zhi"; her popularity is raising. If we want to know Huang Yi thoroughly, it'd be better to know her through her love life. Her love life resembles the characters in Qing Yao's books. Sigh...no wonder, Qing Yao chose her.

Summary of the story: Huang Yi had experience the good and bad of a relationship. 3 years ago, she happily married Lip Yuan in the tv series "Wrong Wedding", yet she had to face w/ the-bride-isn't-me situation as Lip Yuan marries at the end of this year.

As relationship gets to this point, she still said, "He's nice, he treats me very well." Which got everyone around her shaking their heads. Huang Yi said that Lip yuan is a very good guy; He accompanies her from 18-20 years old, especially during the time when her grandmother is sick, where he extends his warm hands to take care of her sick grandmother.

Doubt

When speaking of her ex-boyfriend, Huang yi's eyes are all red. "Everything's great about Lip Yuan except suspision." There was one time when Huang Yi was exhausted from shooting series, and Lip Yuan brought crabs to her house knowing that she likes crabs. But she said she was tired and wanted to rest, lip yuan then got mad and left w/ the crabs abandoned at her house. Several days later, Huang Yi's friends invite her to play video games so Huang Yi calls Lip yuan happily to ask him to come too. Yet Lip Yuan w/ apathy, "You won't eat the crabs but you want to play video games?" Then he purposefully said that Huang yi likes her best friend's boyfriend and got Huang Yi pissed.

Break-up

Lip Yuan can't stand Huang yi kissing anyone on the screen. His jealousy once again becomes active and somehow cause them to break up. When Huang Yi was shooting "Miracle", Lip Yuan decides to visit her out of a sudden. When he sees Huang Yi leaning on an actor's shoulder, his jealousy activates and said coldly, "your acting is very natural! Seeing that you're leaning on his shoulder." Then Lip Yuan went to order a cab and left. Lip Yuan was the one who asks for a break-up, he said to Huang Yi, "I want a girl who isn't aggressive in showbiz, I don't need a business-woman type of girlfriend." And as Lip Yuan asks for a break-up, Huang Yi cries heart-brokenly. A already skinny Huang Yi then lost 5lbs in one month.

Linger

Huang Yi later shot "Spring of Northern Country" while coincidentally, Lip Yuan's close by shooting "Tian Xia Niang Cang" aka "the country's Granary". They eat dinner together like any friends. There isn't any suspusion or arguement as they meet again. Yet, tension in the air thickens as nostalgia sips in. Huang Yi said, "as we talked, that missing element comes back and we both cry! We both said--that kind of feeling doesn't come back anymore!"

That night, Lip Yuan asked her whether she wants to be together again. Huang Yi shakes her head and said, "It takes a long time for me to recover from a relationship, please don't make me go over all that again." On the next day, Lip Yuan carries a bucket of water w/ him and cautions Huang Yi to drink more water. Once again, he leaves his last word, a very touching last phrase, "you will never have me to carry water for you from now on."

conclusion

Huang Yi said, "I don't care about fame. I just want to start a family w/ someone I love, raising children. I don't care about being a big movie star. Why can't he understand me?" A persistant attitude toward love, whether in a script or in real life, both Huang Yi is a leading lady under Qing Yao's description.

his character don't seem to fit Huang Yi much because he seem to be quite aggressive too. I mean, telling what she should and should not do during work. She is an actress for god sakes.

geez I feel so bad for Huang Yi's personal life...so much hardship and heartbreak, but i guess thats something everyone goes thru as well (on different levels)... Lip Yuan or whatever his name was sounds like a freakin idiot...i mean, he's an actor (if you can call him that), and if he gets jealous over his gf kissing other people for her roles, then he doesn't understand acting whatsoever, and so should get the hell out of the showbiz. i WAS thinking of watching wrong wedding, but i really don't want to see him act whatsoever.
