Andrea, the White Robe Swordsman saw that Yellow Rose attack would kill Floo in just a final stab. He wouldn't let Yellow Rose kill Floo no matter what. Only Floo who could help him to find out where Wutang was and only Floo who could persuade Wutang to reveal the secret of the sword.

Just exactly when Yellow Rose move her hand to stab Floo with her sword, Andrea use his folding fan to dodger her sword. He immediately carried Floo's body and used his ginkang to escape from Yellow Rose.

"Andrea, come back!" shouted Yellow Rose angrily. She's really angry that Andrea saved Floo's life.

    Erm.... can i add a character ?

    ******************************

Meanwhile, far in the distance on the rooftops a Man in deep blue clothing sat, drinking a large catty of wine.

This man was called Hero Hong

Hero Hong was a man of honour, and integrity. His sword strapped on his back was cold, sharp, and soundless.

For when the sword was drawn, and used, only the most attentive could pick up the sound, but those people were the ones that heard it when it was close to their necks, about to deliver the final blow.

Hero Hong was on his way back to his teacher’s monastery, tired and cold after riding his horse in the rain, Night wind, was the horse’s name, for it was black, and was as fast as the wind.

Rain beat down on the small temple. The entire area was grey and downcast from the clouds looming low overhead. The air was static and dull, depressed like a man swollen on too much wine.

Hero Hong threw open the temple doors, inside it was dark. But Hong didn’t notice the dark, he noticed the smell. The smell was rancid and putrefying, making his stomach churn and heave. It was the unmistakable smell of death. And its implications to Hero Hong were loud and abrasive.

Hong walked over to the two crumpled shapes which lay in the centre of the hall. He imagined that he could hear the buzzing of flies, and the worming of maggots on the corpse.

Thud!, Hero Hong dropped to his knees besides the corpse. The corpse was ripped in two, and although it was warped and shrivelled beyond recognition, Hero Hong knew who it was. The two parts of the corpse were once his master.

Crying out in anger, so loud the tiles on the roof rattled and dropped, that the golden Buddha on the mantelpiece shattered into a thousand pieces to reflect the feeling of Hero Hong’s heart. He swore coldly for revenge.

But first, he had to drink some wine and contemplate the meaning of the words scrawled by his late master on the pillar of the temple - C Monster.

'C Monster' he cried out in his heart 'What is this C Monster, and what does it have to do with master's death?'

He was interrupted in his thoughts by the sound of people fighting. From his viewpoint, he could see the gittering of metal as it danced in elegant swordmoves and a young man and woman run off together.

'Maybe they will know who C Monster is', he got up and leap from roof to roof to get a closer look at the people involved.

MYF, you probably should take a look at another round robin - legend of Kilin. It needs some good wuxia writer there.

    Wink

I'll take another look at the legend of Kilin, but it is already quite long and beautifully developed. I'll try my best to continue that round robin if possible.

I do like this thread however, as the story seems quite light-hearted (at the moment) and I can post in an experimental style here.

"Hey, let me go you dirty playboy!" shouted Floo to Andrea. Andrea just didn't listen to Floo and kept on moving. He just stopped after they already far away from Yellow Rose.

Floo couldn't move her body. She felt something odd that she couldn't move her body. Andrea didn't press her blood point to make her unable to move, but Floo felt something odd on her hands and legs.

Andrea saw an abandon temple and he entered the temple and put Floo's body on the floor.

"Andrea, you prevert! What do you want from me?" hissed Floo angrily.

Andrea just smiled and sit in front of Floo. "Hmm, you're in my hand and don't be so rude to me, little girl!" said Andrea and laughed.

Suddenly Andrea's hand opened Floo's robe that he now saw Floo's shoulders and hand.
Floo was scared to death as she thought that Andrea would hurt her.

"Andrea I swear I will kill you if you dare to touch me!" said Floo angrily.

"Whatever you say," Andrea winked. Floo was very angry but couldn't do anything since her body felt paralyse.

Floo almost cried as Andrea put his mouth on her shoulder as if he wanted to kiss her shoulder.

Andrea press his lips to Floo's shoulder and he used his inner stength to pull out tiny needles from Floo's shoulder.

Floo couldn't feel anything and she didn't know that Andrea was trying to safe her life instead of hurting her.

When Andrea pull out his lips from Floo's shoulder, he saw that Floo's eyes were teary.

"Hmph?" said Andrea while his lips still full with needles. He took the needles from his lips.

"See this? You are lucky that you only got 4 needles thrown to you. One more needle and you will be dead!" said Andrea to Floo.

Floo was surprised as she saw that. She never thought that Andrea was trying to help her. She felt that her body was no longer paralyse although she still felt very weak.

"I don't mean to harm you! Believe me Floo!" said Andrea and he transfered his inner strength to Floo.

"What does he want?" thought Floo in her mind. "He must want to do a dirty trick to trick me!"

As Floo thought about the possibility that Andrea would trick her, suddenly she saw that Andrea secreted blood from his mouth before he got fainted.

"Hey you!" said Floo. She thought that Andrea was just pretending, so she didn't do anything. But after awhile Andrea still didn't move. Floo used her hand to see if he still breathe.

    "Ahhh," Floo screamed.

to be continued. Come on guys....let's continue our Round Robin! Hey Floo, Wutang, Goofy, C Monster, etc...come on..let's do it!

    WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTT???
    I feel compelled to continue...

    ===

"Aaaargh..." Floo screamed. Andrea's breath has a strange 'pungent' scent, that Floo recognized it as the smell of Yellow Robe's most lethal poison.

Quickly she pushed Andrea’s body until he was sat down. From her pocket, Floo quickly took out a small jar consisted of several blue pills, and choked it down Andrea’s throat.

Slowly, Andrea’s breath returned to normal.

“Floo… are you the one that helped me?” Andrea whispered slowly. Floo nodded. “Thank you for saving my life,” Floo replied back with a smile. Seeing her smile, Andrea stunned.

“I never realize that you are even prettier than Goofy,” he whispered again. But suddenly, his face turned dark, and his palm was clinched in a fist, “But… Goofy… I must find her!!!”

“You mean… Yellow Rose?” Floo cautiously asked.

“No,” Andrea shook his head. “It is Goofy, her twin that I’m looking for. That girl, playing innocent and tricked me with her beauty! She even snatched my clue about C Monster’s whereabout…”

    Suddenly…

“Is this clue you are talking about?” A shrilly voice suddenly heard, as someone stepped into the temple, “Then I have snatched it back from Goofy!”

    Cool

I opened my eyes and saw an angel. The face of a lady above me was the most perfect piece of art. Her almond shaped eyes were dark and alluring. Her mouth was a right shape with rows of white pearl-like teeth. Her skin was pale like ivory and softer than the best silk. Her long untied hair was raven black and shining in the dim of lanternlight. She was looking at me and smiled tenderly. Her eyes were warm and loving. I felt light-headed, and my heart pounded with the beauty in front. Even we shared the same gender, I could not helped but mesmerized by her charms. I realized that minute that I was to be her slave for life.

The beautiful lady spoke with bell-like voice. "Welcome to your new home, White Jasmine. From now on, you will remain here and train with me in all manners of arts."

Even if she were cursing, her voice would still be music to my ears. I could do nothing but nodded. My old identity was forgotten, and I echoed my new name as if I was born with it all my life. "White Jasmine."

For the next three months, I was with my beloved master. She taught me four arts - calligraphy, music, chess, and painting. Then, she gave me lessons on light kungfu and finally the art of killing. With her in a heavenly flower garden, time flied quickly. Before I had realized, the poison that Yellow Rose had planted in me started to take an effect. I fearfully informed my master, and she calmly instructed me to eat a yellow rose petal every hour for three days.

"Your twin sister was once my sister's disciple. She learned about the poison from her master, so of course, I know all about the antidotes. Your sister specialized in extracting poison from her namesake plant, yellow rose, and used it to kill other pugilists. Tomorrow, I will show you how to make poison from white jasmine and other plants too."

My master said without emotion. Yet, her eyes were still warm, and her lips parted in smile. My heart skipped once again at this breathtaking beauty. How unfortunate that I were not a man!

Before the year ended, I have learned all that I needed to know. Not only I was now the expert on making poetry and playing chess, but I could also sing and dance well. It seemed that I had quite a talent on this matter. At least, that was what my master's praise, and for me, her words were holy. The poison in my body had long been neutralized. Now, I knew all about poisons and their antidotes. If I ever had to meet my twin sister again, I would have no cause to fear her any longer.

At the end of year, I was sent to a 'Thousand Flowers Mansion' as an entertainer. I was told to wait there for a man who I supposed to seduce him for a certain secret. Bravely, I embraced the task. Throughout the first week, I had to endure living in the brothel, selling my voice and dancing art, waiting anxiously for my first assignment. Many men wanted to buy me for a night, but I scorned them all. They were not the ones I want; therefore, they were useless. Good or bad looking, wealthy or poor, they all had one thing in common, lust in their eyes.

I often looked away from their drooling faces and sighed, thinking of the happy days in the fragrant garden with my master. I prayed every night for the appearance of my prey so that I could execute my job and go back to my peaceful world again.

Then, it happened. I found him one day. He was a tall handsome man with steel-like eyes. He dressed entirely in black with a sword at his side. He was standing in front of the 'Thousand Flowers Mansion' as if wondering if he should go in or not. The heaven mandated, and he looked up to a balcony where I stood.

Our eyes met, and my heart started to race. His unfeeling eyes seemed to penetrate into the deepest part of my inner feeling. I felt fainted and had to clutch balcony rails to support my pose. My face was hot, and I felt blood rose to my cheeks. Automatically, I smiled at him coyly as an invitation for him to enter the building. The man hesitated then stepped inside. From below, I heard the owner greeting a new guest.

Still blushing, I quickly retreated to my room and changed into my best gown. I unconsciously put on more makeup and added a new hairpin. Then, I stood up, left the room, and walked down the hall gracefully, waiting to be called to entertain the guest.

A bead curtain was parted, and a petite woman with shapely figure and sweetest face appeared. He turned his head and was stunned at that elegant sight. He was further enchanted when she started to dance while uttering a song in melodic voice.

His eyes followed the dancer everywhere, and his ears could hear only the melody from her red lips. He almost forgot to breathe, and his fingers around a wine cup froze midair.

"Yellow Rose," he murmured, enthralled by her beauty.

Off on another tangent, here's something I wanted to add to MFY/Hero Hong's chase...

    ---

Skipping across the rooftops, Hero Hong continued to chase the shadow tails of the running couple. They soon stopped to rest at a abandoned pavillion rest stop by the roadside that past through The Lost Forest just a few leagues off from town. Resting on a sturdy branch of a tree, he hid in the murky fog that was sweeping through the dark forest and heard their conversation below without any detection.

The woman covered in black cackled in delight. "That was fun, sihing! We should do that more often." In play, she parried her sword in the open air and said the famous catchphrase, "Lo gean but ping, but doa seung jor." (Seeing injustice, unsheath knives to aid.)

Short of breath, the other man replied waving his hand in protest. "Don't plan on making into a habit. If not because for Sifu's letter, it was not our place to get involved. Too bad we weren't able to get there in time. Our target was already dead."

"Yeah, that was a shame! But we still had a chance to cross swords and rescue most of the disciples at the monastery. It was not a total lost."

"Only because, the ones we were up against were the mop up crew. Totally subpar to the master swordman that hacked through Mo Chun Daisi (Priest No Dust) like a piece of rice paper."

"True true. It must have been a magnificent sight to see THAT battle in action. Imagine feeling the breath of the blade as it sliced through. The skill and force. Such exactitude. True work of art. Heh heh heh!" She drew her sword to aim a powerful, menacing stroke at the man she referred to as her sihing.

Using the sheath of his sword, he deflected her blow without any hesitation. In frustration, he complained, "Stop that, simui! I had enough fighting for one day."

"Come on!" she urged on. "Show me what you learned tonight!"

    Very good add c-monster

    I'll try and continue.

    -------

After saying ‘Come on!’ she advanced forwards again with her drawn sword, grinning wickedly.

Her sihing showed no reaction or thought of dodging when she cut down upon him with a harsh downwards slash.

However, at the last moment he simply twisted his body to side and took a step to right.

‘No fair!’ Cried his simui. ‘Come on again! Don’t tell me those moves I learnt from Huashan are that poor!’

Her sihing replied rather tiredly: ‘I’ve already told you simui, I am tired, please don’t make me fight anymore.’

Without saying anything this time she aimed another move at her sihing.

Once again he dodged the move. His simui seeing that he was merely toying with her was getting more and more angry.

She knew that she had better nei-gong [inner energy?] than her sihing. However her moves were powerful and harsh in contrast with her sihing’s quick, accurate and mesmerizing swordskills.

Today after taking on some Huashan apprentices, she had picked up a few of their moves and intended to test them out against her sihing. So seeing that he was refusing to co-operate she executed another move.

This move was aimed at her sihing’s chest, he tried to dodge to the side again but his simui had anticipated this and moved the sword sideways at the last moment.

Her sihing in a panic cried: ‘what are you doing simui? Were you really serious with that move?’

‘Serious if you can’t be bothered to fight me properly’ she smirked, realizing that her ploy had worked and she had forced her sihing to fight her after all.

‘Fine! If that the way you want it siu simui’ he drew his sword and aimed a move at her.

Happy that she could try out her new moves on him, she quickly engaged him.

The two swords flashed against the foggy forest, like an eerie dance of ghostlights. Move and counter-move the two fighters had already reached eighty moves.

Hero Hong hiding above the trees could only marvel at the skill shown when these two fighters fought. ‘they are strange. I clearly recognise the Huashan move “graceful phoenix”, the E’Mei move “Falling leaves in the snow” and also a few other moves from different Sects, yet how come these two know them, and use they with such skill?’

After a few more moves had passed Hero Hong started to notice that a few moves used were actually not sword moves, but palm, fist, and kick, moves adapted into swordmoves.

When he saw that the woman had turned the Shaolin move ‘The sea of bitterness has no regrets’ into a sword move he was extremely stunned.

‘How come she knows Shaolin moves as well?’ he thought in amazement.

Very good continuation, MFY! You have the makings of a Jin Yong disciple, able to name exact moves from the various wuxia sects. Bravo!

Here's what I have to add

A Shaolin disciple, it took Hero Hong less than an instant to recognize that simple move soft in execution but packed with such a dynamite of explosive force that it was like a tidal wave crashing into shore, totally unavoidable and unstoppable. Yet, the man found a way to channel its power. Twirling his sword like a cyclone, he captured his simui's Shaolin move, absorbing it only to redirect it toward a grove of trees to his left. The trees shook and shuddered violently swaying to its might. Leaves, small branches, and strips of bark circled in the foggy air. As the wind died down, only bare lifeless tree trunks remained.

The woman in anger or frustration threw her sword to the ground. She exclaimed, "That's not fair! You're not playing by the rules. We're only to use moves we picked up from others. Not our own."

"Oh really?!" The sihing asked back in a smirk. "No one told me that." He then went over to pick up her fallen sword. "Here, siu simui," said he as he handed it back to her. "Stop pouting. It's getting late. We should be on our way."

"Hmph!" As she was sheathing her sword, a distant white ray of moonlight broke through the fog and hit the blade. In its reflection, Hero Hong from above was able to distinguish a mesmerizing engraving of a long and slithering serpent running across it.

Aghast he thought to himself, "Could this be the 'sea monster' that his master had scrawled with his own blood just before his death?!"
