As the poison needles lodged in a row on his right leg, Tian Bo felt as if hundred of snakes were biting at him. With this pain coupled with the fresh wound from his left leg, he could hardly stand upright. Seeing Ah Yee was about to chop down at him for the last stroke, he quickly called out to her, “Miss, please stop! I mean you and your mistress no harm. Actually, I was trying to take her away from this place so that I can cure her.”

Hearing this, Ah Yee paused for a second and questioned him with doubt. “Why should I believe you? If you meant her no harm, how did she get poisoned then?”

Tian Bo was trying to buy some time. He replied calmly, “Back then, I could have used your mistress as my armor when you threw needles at me, but I didn’t. That alone should show my good intention. Here is your mistress if you want her. And if Miss still doubts me, you can do whatever you want then.”

Not totally trust this stranger, Ah Yee lowered her dagger and stepped over to retrieve her mistress while being on guard. However, she had no cause to fear from Tian Bo as he was about to toppled down from poison at this point.

Ah Yee took a quick look at him and relaxed. She released Ah Lan from Tian Bo’s arms easily. By now, her mistress’ face had gone so white that she became very anxious. She reached in her pouch again and took out a white round pill and popped it into Ah Lan’s mouth. Just while she was busy tending to her mistress, someone was leaping with sword pointing at her back.

This post will be very long very soon. How about creating another post and naming it Legend of Kilin part II or something when this is getting over 12 pages or so.

Goofy: Perhaps, we should remove all the sides comments put it in a another "topic" and leave the story alone? Anyway, you cannot really stop people from posting comments and such b/c this is open round robin fanfic. I don't mind it's being long, but it could look intimidate for newcomer who might want to take a quick look.

Anyway, the story itself would be pretty long.

C monster: Thanks for your advice. <IMG SRC="smilies/bow.gif" border="0"> I think that i will make Xiao Lung Er come in as the last student/god daughter of Tian Bo's uncle and so makes her the most lovable because she is so innocent and nice. As for her becoming the heir of the Dragon Clan, it is because the Dragon Clan leader fears for her because she is so kind and can be easily hurt? And perhaps only the heir of the Dragon Clan leader can learn some special kung fu? I don't know. <IMG SRC="smilies/noidea.gif" border="0">

I agree with the fact that we shouldn't put too many great weirdos. Sorry, i shouldn't have added the Whistling Wanderer, but i was sooooooooo tempted because of the fact that he was a character in one of my discarded fanfics as was with Xiao Lung Er. I always have many ideas for beginning a story but i never finish.

Anyway, please reserve the development of Yuen Jin and Xiao Lung Er for me until Yuen Jin reaches Dr Ma's house. Thanks. <IMG SRC="smilies/thumbsup.gif" border="0">

Just while she was busy tending to her mistress, someone was leaping with sword pointing at her back.

"I knew you were just like the rest, intruders in my own home," said Cheung Ping as he paused and laughed,"Now I will capture you and torture you until death as the price of you bring chaos into my home!"

Cheung Ping had followed the traces of unconscious patrolling guards and followed Ah Yee and Tian Bo. He only waited until both Ah Yee and Tian Bo had either been injured and left their defenses down, unguarded. Cheung Ping stepped in even closer as Ah Yee slowly backed away from Tian Bo and Ah Lan, not wanting to accidently injure either one. Ah Yee was reached into her inner shirt to find a few more poisonous blossom flower needles. At least she found three more needles left and waited to aim them towards Cheung Ping's arrogant face.

However, Cheung Ping wasn't ignorant. He had saw Ah Yee reaching into her shirt and kicked her down to the ground. Yet it did not end there, he left one foot on the snowy ground and his right foot on Ah Yee's neck nearly crushing her neck and leaving Ah Yee almost out of breath.

Tian Bo using all his strength, attacked Cheung Ping. Then suddenly while Cheung Ping turned around to fend off Tian Bo. Five needle like pain objects stabbed Cheung Ping in the back. Once again he turned around to be unfortunately blinded by a white powder and slowly stepped back, Releasing Ah Yee from cruel torment. Shortly, Cheung Ping collapsed to the cold, snowy ground.

Tian Bo amazed and shocked by whom has rescued them, was none other than the weird couple, Doctor Ma and his wife Su Lan. Tian Bo gave them a respectful bow and was about to thank them.

"Thank you, Cheen Pui...you must be Weird Doctor Ma Chung Hao and this must be your tai tai,"said Tin Bo respectfully.

"Ahh! Old man! It's that ugly scar face young lad that you were chasing after, now you can give up on stealing my apprentice and accept this scar face person as your apprentice!" exclaimed Mrs. Ma with excite.

Doctor Ma helped Ah Yee stand up and then jumped as though his feet was on fire and turn to face his wife.

"Not so fast! Old woman! Who said I wanted this lad to be my apprentice, I've decided to have Lau Hong become my apprentice and that's that! Besides, one of these days Lau Hong will be healed by me!"

Ignoring what Doctor Ma had said to her, she turn her attention back to Tian Bo. Who was still looking at the couple with amazement and laughing eyes.

"First, young man, forget what my silly old man had said, do not thank us for rescuing you. It was not us who have used twigs as darts," said Mrs. Ma as she looked over to a large willow tree.

"Aye, it's about you came out now, silly man!" said Doctor Ma cheerfully as if he had been playing a game of hide and seek and called out the hidden person. Slowly out from behind the willow tree and approached the group was Fong Zheng.

"Thank you, Fong Cheung Meun,"said Tian Bo.
'So it was the man who recognized my family's kick, that saved us all' thought Tian Bo.

Ah Yee went over and put Ah Lan's right arm over her right shoulder while her left hand held unto her mistress's waist.

Goofy: Hahhah! Yep! At first, I thought of having Tian Bo's sworn brothers using skin mask to pretend their Cheung Ping and a servant but this idea was much better! Besides, having Fong Zheng at the scene is better for it proves that he is not merely a sweet talker to Master Cheung and his son and also has the awesome kung fu to be suitable of being Lau Hong's sifu. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/azzangel.gif" border="0">

How come Leung Tian Bo is poisoned and still not dead? I really support Ah Lan and Tian Bo. Li Yu Mei does not deserve anyone. <IMG SRC="smilies/devil.gif" border="0"> Probably Cheung Ping. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> They are both as bad.

I don't think charbydis want Tian Bo dead... just that he seems pretty invulnerable having his leg slashed and poisoned needles thrown at him and still has no dire effects and still could continue fighting. The last time Ah Yee had thrown those needles back at Fortune's Inn, the men were immediately killed. So why not Tian Bo too? Hmm... will have to ponder on that a bit. But don't worry... I think I have an <IMG SRC="smilies/idea.gif" border="0">

Perhaps, like Venom West his pressure points are different and lay at a different spot than the normal so those needles didn't take in effect.
