Hah, luckily I never saw Titanic in the theatre, so I didn't waste my money seeing it.

Man it's so funny some of the American Idol contestants sung the themesong and the judges seem to dislike the song so much. I'm tired of the song too. Over played.

Hearsay's overrated. It's a good thing I usually follow my instinct, and not let what others say to dictate my decisions.

After all, imagine what would happen if I judge movies only by looking at what people have to say in SPCNet

1) I'll truly believe that every single Zhao Wei movie (or movies that have her in it) are good, and will walk into the cinemas, ending up being even more traumatized by before due to heightened expectations.

2) I'll listen to everyone and not watch Jiang Hu since everyone says it's arty-fartsy and boring. But I did, and I ended up liking it despite the arty-fartsyness of it.

3) I would really believe that Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a piece of crap since it's one of the movies listed here.

4) I would let Star Wars fans convince me that the SW prequels are greater than LoTR films and choose not to watch the latter.

5) If I listen to most here, I'll actually be convinced that Twins Effects is a wondrous film and waltz into the cineplex expecting this, and end up wanting to gouge my own eyes even more than before.

Moral? Don't diss a movie you've ever seen, dearies.

then when you do go see it, it turns out better than expected.

Hehe I think that is human nature... some folks don't like going to a movie that has a certain actor or actress in it they don't like... even if the movie is pretty good.
