Hi Lovely Maiden,
I'm so happy to see your long and thoughtful comment. You must have really paid attention to the little details in the story. Thanks for your support.
I suppose I should be working on the story rather than replying to your post. But one long post deserves another long post in return.
I'll try to be brief, however, since I'm tired from a long day and should be going to sleep soon.
I agree Gong Yu is the epitome of grace. I guess she takes after her mother - elegant, cool-headed, and feminine. Every story needs such a character. Gong Yu's sadness also contributes to her attractiveness. What man could resist a pair of deeply wounded and yet beautiful eyes? Perhaps Gong Yu is not interested in Yee Kin. That is why she does not wonder what he looks like. Or perhaps she is afraid of getting burned twice by men. Or maybe her heart still only beats for the Marquis? By the way, you're not the first person to pen scathing remarks about the Marquis. That poor guy is really unpopular. I find that hilarious for some reason.Do not be so quick to judge. Maybe he has some redeeming qualities.
I think most series choose not so attractive men to play rapists because then it's easier to hate them. But I always think that a person's outer appearance is deceiving because you can't see beneath the facade to determine who has the truly black heart and who has the heart of gold. Take Blue Executioner, for example. He's able to lure so many women because he's so handsome and clean-cut. What woman would suspect an attractive, princely looking man? It's too bad for him that the two women he hit on so far (Gong Yu and Sui Han) are not at all impressed by his looks.
Sui Han is a bit of a complex character. Her loyalties are unknown and someone who is ambivalent, in my opinion, is much more dangerous than one who has already picked sides. Maybe she is the real Master and the one running about killing people is just some decoy she is using.
Ok, enough spilling of story secrets from me for one night. Have to go!

(Kill Ching Bong!
Therefore, I really applaud those readers who tell me they've read the whole story in one day. Anyway, here's the next chapter. Please be patient because you'll have to get accustomed to the new character names. Even I have problems remembering who is who with the name changes.
. We finally get the full story behind the tragic love tale between Ching Ching and Tin Pang. So moving and emotional! I love it
, I've managed to harden my heart to the drastic turn of events.
You still remember that???
and feeling my heart drop. People say time heals all wounds, but that ain't so
.
