I like ZZR's ending in this version. Like most of you guys have already mentioned or mentioned something similiar, she realized her "mistakes" and went out to fix them. She found out that ZWJ didn't love her, or at least she was not the number one in his heart and decided to let him go in a way so that he could be with the one he loved. I think she wished them best and she went on to concentrate on "rebuilding" Emei Sect. I think that she did get someone in the end. She got the ever lasting love from what's his name, (1st Wudang Hero's son) and even though she did not love him back in return, I think its precious to be loved by someone

frankly, among all so far, the ending version for zzr is the best though it can be better. at least, she did not grow mad, lost all her kungfu or marry song qingshu. no, she did not get anyone in the end. but, from the various postings, it seems that she follows her shifu's footstep to be a nun. not too sure whether it's good or bad.

if i were to be zwj in the original version, i will say zm.
if this, at that juncture, i will also say zm. the reason is that in zwj's mind at that time, it is zzr's involvement with a-zhi, xie xun, snake island + zm.
as what i said, the storyline has to change a bit for zzr+zwj to be together.
the most crucial part of the story is at the wedding ceremony. it would be very different if say zzr agreed to the postponement or zwj brought zzr along. but then, no gers will allow postponement of such things. i remember a story some years ago, a drunken husband at the end of a wedding ceremony hug his friend (who is also the bride's friend), saying that he loved her the most. needless to say, the couple soon divorced. sorry, side-track again. hehe.

like i said in my earlier posts when there was this discussion on how gyy would suit e role of xln, gyy's poise, expressions, character, looks all tie in perfectly w e role of xln...plus she has this icy cool n composed aura abt her like when she tuned evil as zzr n rejectd zwj's apology or explainations....xln living in a tomb for 18yrs was v beautiful though rather cold n unfeeling to e outside world...bt she changed to becum gentle, loving n more feeling after knowing yg...n i think gyy will b able to carry out perfectly juz like zzr when she was gd at first....liu yi fei is pretty sweet bt she has this common chinese look that doest make her stand out as xln whereas im sure if gyy plays xln, her unique looks n poise will b sure to grab attention nt forgetting that gyy is prettier thn liu yi fei....liu yi fei juz doesnt have that icy composure for xln that gyy has....i think lui yi fei should play guo xiang instead n let gyy play xln....some ppl say gyy has e looks n poise for xln bt she's too tanned n dark for xln cause xln is supposed to b real fair....is it true? gyy looks pretty fair in pics...

i totally agree with u sunny, and yes its true, gugu is supposed to be snowy fair, thats hw jin yong described her, this is due to her staying in the tomb all her life. in some of the pics in the show with peter ho, she has too much powder on her face, yes it makes her look fair, but it also looks artifical, notice the difference in tone between her face and the rest of her body. although i prefer girls to be fair, i think they shouldnt put so much powder on her face. and the producers of shen diao must be blind or crazy not to consider yuanyuan for the role of gugu

She does visit the forum once in a while, the last time was on 13th September.

Anyway from her last post, she told her fans that she'll be busy till end of October, then she'll be taking a break till Chinese New Year!

Yay! I'm looking forward to her 'break' because she says she'll be visiting the chatroom and forum more often.

Erm, the exact translation might take some time. In summary, she said she's going to Dalian, China for filming after this. Then she'll be participating in a lot of filming until end Oct. She says that she's likely to be 'free' from end Oct to CNY next year..
