Finally, Jimmy in the news. He was interviewed in his restaurant, The Dream Family Cafe, about his many investments. His restaurant opened last yr. He is already planning to open a 2nd restaurant. He bought his first house when he was 28 and now owns houses in Taipei, Shanghai, and Beijing.

Sorry if this is old news, but ZJZ said that he hopes to invite Jimmy, Xiao Qiang, Wallace Chung and others to be in his remake of Journey to the west. Jimmy maybe playing Hong hai Er or Na Zha(again... didn't he already play that part?).

I don't like his hairdo as Na Zha. Is that the standard Na Zha look? Do all Na Zhas have to look like that? I only know that Na Zha is a child god. don't know much about his story. They should get a child actor to play Na Zha.
BTW, how old was jimmy when he did Na Zha? When was that series made?

It was back in 2002 - okay so he isn't all that young afterall.. i tot it's waaay back.. he really has such a young looking face...

Yeah, Gillian Chung definitely wasn't the greatest in that series. Plus, i think that she was a bit on the shy side working along side Jimmy since she used to crush on him back on the day. She even goofed up when they were filming her character's dream sequence with Jimmy. I think she was pretty embarrassed by that. In general, i think that Charlene Choi was better in that series than Gillian. I heard Gillian's acting is better now though.

So Jimmy might reprise his role as Na Zha? They really don't get tired of remaking that series huh? I thought that Jimmy looked cute as Na Zha too. He's got the cute boyish face for it. But yeah, they might be better off getting a younger actor to play the role. Just like how they finally got a young boy to play Peter Pan.

Well, Jimmy says he hopes to play either Nuo Zha or Hong Hai Er. Those roles are VERY brief in XI You Ji anyways, so I don't think it is a big deal if he does play it again. I just want to see him in some more good ancient series. About Nuo Zha, he always looks like a girl because as you know, he gave his body back to his parents. Therefore, he only had his spirit left so he came back to his master who gave him a new body using roots and flowers. Therefore, he came back as "Lian Hua Hua Shen".

I am sick of remakes too... I actually would rather see him as Nuo Zha in Feng Shen Bang or something since Nuo Zha has BIG part in there and fights a lot... Too bad that series was just remade already...I think they are really running out of stories these days so they are remaking every classic that there ever was...
